2) We run a pilot

If you're not quite ready for Launch, we can get things warmed up with either a #lovework™ Team Pilot or a Speaking Engagement (followed by a Team Pilot).

3) We measure and advise

Through the #lovework Team Pilot program, we'll advise your team leader(s) on how best to see huge gains quickly — and we'll measure the amazing progress they make!

4) We send the people dev team to Launch

As quickly as possible, we enroll your people development team in Launch. We always aim to "teach to fish" — it's more effective and it saves your organization $$$.

5) We support your ongoing transformation

After Launch, your people dev team and leaders/teams are supported every step of the way via our #lovework™ App, Helios Academy on Zoom, a Dropbox full of resources and more. The Helios Tribe is in your corner!
