HOW TO #LOVEWORK
We recommend starting with a 90-Day #lovework experience with 2-3 teams. This will create powerful real-world data inside your own organization, which we all know your executive sponsors will want! (Learn more about the program here.)
The full #lovework experience is a year long, and all #lovework programs come standard with ROI measurements every 90 days. If your organizational leaders want more data after the first 90 days, simply expand the duration of #lovework with current teams and/or invite in more leaders and teams.
As quickly as possible, we recommend having a combination of people development (HR) and Team Leaders attend our #lovework Certification. Having ambassadors is essential to sustain change — and it also provides a HUGE cost savings to your organization.
